Were my expectations too much? I purchased this after my previous vitamin B spray ran out and I couldn't find it at my local store anymore. I used the spray primarily as a pick me up in the mornings as it gave me the energy I needed to wake up. I also have vitamin B pills but the spray was just more convenient. I'm not sure why, but this spray doesn't give me much of a pick me up. Not anything like my vitamin b pills or previous spray did. I upped the dosage significantly and still- after a few weeks I still wasn't feeling it much. So I went back to my pills which noticably work much better. I'm not sure if I received an expired bottle or if this formula is just really wattered down, but I find my vitamin b pills to be much more effective and will be looking for my old spray again.

This product works pretty good for just being a spray. Nothing is better that the actual injection of B12, but this spray helps!

My son and I both love it, much easier to get one quick spray in the mouth than holding it under your tongue. The Methylcobalamin is the kind to buy. I will continue ordering this from Amazon.

When ordered, it appeared that the item was in stock. Yet a day or so later, I received email that product had to be obtained from another site. This added another 7 or so days until the item arrived. Next time I will try to order earlier.
