Great CD; Disappointing Booklet,

This is a top-quality Verve sampler of one of Brazil's greatest. If you want a 5-star CD for great listening, but don't care about a no-star booklet, buy it. The "booklet" supplied has virtually no information. (I'm spoiled on Brazilian CDs that come with booklets that are bursting with informative notes about the artist and songs, plus all the song lyrics.) The same comments apply to all CDs in Verve's "Pure Bossanova" series: great music beautifully recorded; poor booklets.

I've got a few records from here and this one is for me a mistake that I never buy it anyway,the product is ok but she's got better records,so I think I give him to my others music friends who mayby won't to have him.It's always the same problem,it's nice and good or it's a mistake. Mayby next time better |
