Chocolate Biscotti
I added the pure chocolate extract to a family Chocolate/Black Walnut Biscotti recipe and it brought out a rich, in-depth chocolate flavor that was previously missing. I liked it so much that I plan to use it in other recipes that require chocolate as well. This is a must if you are chocolate fan.

Horrible semi-sweet junk
The bottle they sent me was not was not as pictured. It came poorly packaged and there was leakage from a loose top. It was not like any chocolate extract I had ever used. It had a bad, really bad semi-sweet yet weak chocolate flavor. I wound up tossing it. I wanted unsweetened chocolate extract.

I use Star Kay White chocolate extract in everything from brownies to chocolate chip cookies to devils food cake. I have even put it in cheese cake.
Add the same amount of chocolate extract as vanilla extract. This is a certifiable "secret family ingredient."

If you want to give your food that extra "bang !", then you have to own this. It will make any recipe with milk chocolate, dark chocolate, or white chocolate will make it much more tastier. For those who use box brownies, etc., this will definitely make them taste less of store bought quality and more homemade. So, get it. It's worth it.

Based on the first two reviews, I ordered 10 bottles of this chocolate extract from this seller. I suspected that it would taste great, and I was right!!! This is AMAZING chocolate extract. The flavor is rich and makes my recipes taste SOO much better. This is my new source for chocolate extract! I highly recommend this product.
Regarding this seller, I had an issue with the shipping (as at least one of the bottles broke during shipment), so this seller promptly re-sent the broken bottles at no additional charge. I am very satisfied with this seller, and I highly recommend them, too! Don't think that I'm all sunny, either. I wrote a scathing review for a grocery store just yesterday, so believe me, this company is worth doing business with! =)
