This is THE best multi-vitamin I've taken.
I originally purchased this supplement from a "whole-health" MD, who only buys the best supplements available. I notice a difference when I take these and when I don't. Love them.

Too many caps
I was taking Pure Encapulsations PureOne but could not find it here on amazon, this product has great reviews so I decided to give it a shot. You have to take 6 capsules a day for a full days dose. I have since switched back to PureOne as I realize that 6 was too many. I also didn't feel the same boost and clarity I get with PureOne. I hope Amazon starts stocking it.

I started taking this a couple of years ago on the advice of a registered dietician who was helping me manage my weight loss. Its a lot of pills to take and I'm a terrible pill taker but at least I know my body can digest what I'm taking - as opposed to a hard pill. She told me a lot of interesting stories about the indigestibility of traditional multi vitamin. And I do notice a difference in my energy level if I'm not taking them. Also, the Amazon price is the best I've seen so far.
