If you test low for Vitamin D (esp if you avoid dairy or sun exposure), this is a good remedy. Vitamin D is becoming more popular and often recommended by MDs as well as nutritionists.

I don't check my Vitamin D levels regularly so can't comment on how this product works for me in comparison to other D3 products on the market. However, I can favorably rate this product based on the price and how quickly the product was shipped by the seller. The product expiration date is 18 months out, which meets my needs.
