Great item
This item is great, I have used it many times with almost no problems. I only had one problem when I went to fill the tank, the guy filling it forgot to switch it to ON so he busted the O-rings on the on/off. All I did was call Pure Energy and they sent me some new O-rings.

Valve leaks
Valve leaks on both tanks first time filled. PMI sent new o-rings. Difficult to replace and a waste of time because they both leaked again. Steer clear of push on/off valves. The reviews referring this issue are correct, I only wish I had known before buying.

It was Defective because it leaks gas!,

It was ok during the first fill with carbon dioxide. However, when I tried to refill it, it started leaking gas and became unusable. I am going to ask company to replace it or refund the full amount.
