A friend recommended Ionic Fizz to help get rid of horrific nightly leg cramps. It worked the very first night and each night thereafter. Finally I get to sleep through the night undisturbed by multiple cramping episodes.

I have researched hundreds of nutrition products on the market this is in my top 10. I buy this by the case and I drink this at night to help me with insomnia and to keep my bones, nerves and teeth strong. I drink Emergen-C in the morning for energy with my vitamin's after breakfast. I never get sick and I feel pretty good. I have RSD a nerve condition like fibromyalgia and it helps keep the pain down allot. I highly recommend this, and also if you have an elderly parent...get them to drink this and they wont have to worry about osteoporosis and either will you in your later years !

I've been using this product for over a year and I love it! It totally helps me sleep better and has helped my back a bunch. I used to get lower back spasms all the time and now I never get them. I suppose I can't guarantee the same experience for every one, but it's definitely worth trying in my opinion. I will continue to use and enjoy it myself :)

When shopping for supplements I find it irritating that so many product descriptions omit the ingredients. In the spirit of public service, here are the ingredients listed on the label of Ionic-Fizz Calcium Plus "With Magnesium to Build Strong Healthy Bones".

Each serving .3oz or 7 grams) contains:

Vitamin A (100% as beta-carotene) - 250 IU

Vitamin C (from Ascorbic Acid) - 250 mg

Vitamin D (as ergocalciferol) - 100 IU

Vitamin B-6 (from pyridoxene HCL) - 1 mg

Folate (from folic acid) - 50 mcg

Vitamin B-12 (as Methylcobalamin) - 30 mcg

Calcium (ionic) - 250 mg

Magnesium (ionic) - 300 mg

Zinc (ionic) - 2 mg

Copper (ionic) - 250 mcg

Manganese (ionic) - 1 mg

Potassium (ionic) - 100 mg

Silica (from bamboo leaf) - 60 mg

"Trace minerals" (ionic) - 10 mg

Boron (ionic) - 500 mcg

Other Ingredients: Citric acid, natural flavors, malic acid, lo han, stevia.

Seeing as how each serving contains less Calcium (25% DV) than Magnesium (75% DV), it seems odd they named it "Calcium Plus". I bought it to help treat osteopenia (slightly weak bones) but I can't help wondering if it contains the optimal Calcium/magnesium ratio for me. If one drinks 4 servings to achieve 100% DV of calcium, that means ingesting 300% DV magnesium. I've never had leg cramps or insomnia so possibly don't need so much magnesium.

I like the flavor (Raspberry lemonade) and enjoy drinking it hot, like tea.

Helps your relax and sleep and helps set your voltage for long-term health. Love this stuff.

This product is excelent , you feel better since you take it. This calcium is better for your brain and bones. I took a course of Neouroscience and there talk me about the ionic calcium.

one day I drank this while I had a stomach ache and within 30 minutes to an hour it went away! By far a great choice of a supplement & even digestion aid! Screw pepto-bismol, or any of that chemical tummy aids, you get much better results without the added aluminum and chems that in the long run mess up your stomach even more.

This is a great product that I've been using for about 6 months. Amazon had it at the best price.
