I've been taking these since my surgical menopause in 2005. I have had breast cancer (2x), so HRT is not an option for me. And I'm young (originally diagnosed at age 30, now healthy and happy at age 43). So after trying lots of products, this is my regimen:

Transitions (1 tablet per day)
Additional Soy isoflavones (soy beans, soy milk or other soy products daily or supplement if I'm traveling)
Exercise (lots - aerobic, weight training, dance, yoga, pilates)
Calcium (lots, along with the weight-bearing exercise to prevent osteoporosis)
Sex (as much as possible - I had to get a new husband for this one).

I have to tell you that I was never this healthy or happy before my cancer or menopause. Life is how you see it, and it's short... so go out and make things happen! Dance saved my life. Now I'm a professional dancer!!

Best of luck to all women looking for help with menopause. It can be a real struggle, but keep trying until you find what works for you. This product helps me.

I've been taking Transtions for several months. It never really stopped the hot flashes but helped. After several months, it didn't help at all.

This product when taken twice daily, helps with hot flashes and overall menopause systems. I take one in the morning and one at bedtime and no hot flashes.

I was very hopeful about trying this product. It's all herbal so no harmful effects like you have with taking hormones. Hot flashes are not completely gone but weaker and less often. I'm glad to be off HRT.
