More About the Author

A certified nutritionist and exercise specialist, Isabel De Los Rios has helped over 250,000 people worldwide lose weight, improve their health and change their lives for the better. Co-founder of Beyond Diet, Isabel is recognized by industry experts as the #1 "go-to-girl" in Fat Burning Nutrition, employing a unique, cutting edge approach to nutrition that has produced results for many individuals frustrated by other methods.

The overweight daughter and granddaughter of type 2 diabetics, Isabel discovered her passion early in life. Not willing to accept that she was doomed to suffer the same health problems as those before her, she pored over every nutrition and diet book available, searching for a natural answer to her family's weight and health problems. What she learned led her to seek out medical professionals who were already achieving positive results in this field.

That thirst for knowledge led Isabel to graduate from Rutgers University with a degree in exercise physiology, a pre-med curriculum. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, the highest, most advanced certification awarded by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She is also a Holistic Nutrition Lifestyle Coach, certified by the Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology (C.H.E.K.) Institute in San Diego, California.

Isabel uses her education and experience to educate others around the world through her books, online articles, seminars and the media. She also provides counseling to a number of specific population groups, including diabetics, cancer and heart disease patients, overweight individuals, as well as those who simply want to maintain their existing health.

Thanks to her dedication, Isabel has reached and maintained her ideal weight. She enjoys vibrant health and there are no indications that diabetes will affect her as it has so many in her family. She enjoys a high level of wellbeing that surprises most people...and motivates them to achieve what she has.

Don't even bother with this ebook, even if it is offered for Free. What a waste of my time reading it. I found out that I should buy Organic, grass fed meats, eggs and butter. Sprouted grain bread and virgin olive and coconut oil. There you go! The whole book. Not even a sample meal plan. This book seems like a way these authors decided to make some money on amazon with an inferior product. Perhaps their exercise training business is better, I certainly hope so!! I was duped into believing as the author is a nutritionist and personal trainer that there would be substance in this book. What a MISTAKE!!! If I could get my money back, I would. Wish I could get back the time I wasted reading it.

I bought this book in good faith. You have not delivered what was promised. I already knew most of the information included in the book and was interested in some mouth watering balanced recipes. They are nowhere to be found. Is the picture on the front of the book of a real person??? I can tell it's been elongated to make her look thinner.
This is a HUGE disappointment!!!!

I tried to go to the link to find the recipes that come with the bonuses.
The link doesn't work, I feel that this is a hoax.
If I had known that I wasn't getting the recipes with the link or the book I
wouldn't have bought the book.

Thought I was getting more info. like meal planning, which foods to prioritize. This book only tells half the story. I thought it was going to have the whole A-Z diet in it.

Saw the program on internet and decided to opt for the book at Amazon. Should have realized that for them to make money, I needed to buy the "package" I'm an active person and open minded, but I was put off by the fact that after sharing a few recipes in the book and offering an opportunity to see a few more, I ran into the hype again about joining. A few recipes were shared online and then the curtain dropped. No calorie counting, many options for food choicest. You'll never be hungry. I know sugar is not healthy. I wasn't looking for snacks with chocolate. I'm not a salsa and spicy food consumer. I prefer chewing and eating to drinking a meal. No milk but raw milk. (I don't consider safe). No cheese and then lo and behold some raw cheese choices. I don't like cocoanut and there's coconut in many dishes plus coconut oil. The bottom line is this gang is using the public to write recipes for them and then promoting them.

I have an active life style and I thought this was going to be another pathway for me to follow. I guess it's obvious. I don't like the concept.

All of it was advrtisement to buy more stuff from you and no real information. lots of hype that makes one think if it is so good it should be offered without so much effort to sell it and all the chemicals to enhance it.

Very basic information; good for someone new to the diet scene. Mostly recipes. I did not find it helpful and was surprised at how short the book was.

Not the comprehensive information it advertised. More of an outline. The book did come on time though. A waste of money.
