Don't even bother with this ebook, even if it is offered for Free. What a waste of my time reading it. I found out that I should buy Organic, grass fed meats, eggs and butter. Sprouted grain bread and virgin olive and coconut oil. There you go! The whole book. Not even a sample meal plan. This book seems like a way these authors decided to make some money on amazon with an inferior product. Perhaps their exercise training business is better, I certainly hope so!! I was duped into believing as the author is a nutritionist and personal trainer that there would be substance in this book. What a MISTAKE!!! If I could get my money back, I would. Wish I could get back the time I wasted reading it.

I bought this book in good faith. You have not delivered what was promised. I already knew most of the information included in the book and was interested in some mouth watering balanced recipes. They are nowhere to be found. Is the picture on the front of the book of a real person??? I can tell it's been elongated to make her look thinner.
This is a HUGE disappointment!!!!

I tried to go to the link to find the recipes that come with the bonuses.
The link doesn't work, I feel that this is a hoax.
If I had known that I wasn't getting the recipes with the link or the book I
wouldn't have bought the book.

Saw the program on internet and decided to opt for the book at Amazon. Should have realized that for them to make money, I needed to buy the "package" I'm an active person and open minded, but I was put off by the fact that after sharing a few recipes in the book and offering an opportunity to see a few more, I ran into the hype again about joining. A few recipes were shared online and then the curtain dropped. No calorie counting, many options for food choicest. You'll never be hungry. I know sugar is not healthy. I wasn't looking for snacks with chocolate. I'm not a salsa and spicy food consumer. I prefer chewing and eating to drinking a meal. No milk but raw milk. (I don't consider safe). No cheese and then lo and behold some raw cheese choices. I don't like cocoanut and there's coconut in many dishes plus coconut oil. The bottom line is this gang is using the public to write recipes for them and then promoting them.

I have an active life style and I thought this was going to be another pathway for me to follow. I guess it's obvious. I don't like the concept.

Thought I was getting more info. like meal planning, which foods to prioritize. This book only tells half the story. I thought it was going to have the whole A-Z diet in it.

All of it was advrtisement to buy more stuff from you and no real information. lots of hype that makes one think if it is so good it should be offered without so much effort to sell it and all the chemicals to enhance it.
