I was first introduced to this green tea extract at a spa I visited in Boston, who set out pitchers of tea made from this as refreshments for its guests, and bought some for myself after enjoying the taste. Adding a few droppers of this extract to a glass of cold water makes a delicious, refreshing glass of iced tea. The flavor is great, there is no caffeine, no sugar, and nothing articifical - all of which I love - and to boot the taste is not a "diet"-like taste. The instructions on the bottle say to use one dropper-full for an 8-oz glass, but I add more like two or three to make sure the flavor is robust. All around, I highly recommend this product.
