This CD has been my constant source of enlightenment for the last week. There are so many amazing aspects to her voice, and the "pure" title is very appropriate. The quality of sound is very pure, youthful and innocent in her voice.

This singer has full and detailed control over THREE OCTAVES and more, including all the saregam and decorative extended vocal techniques. It is not just showing off, either. The feeling of the music is always present.

Anyone who likes Indian raga MUST listen to this girl, who is the next in line of classical indian singers!

This is indeed a fantastic performance from someone so young. The knowledge and the understanding of the raga and the mood and the emotions that are associated with the notes have been very beautifully presented. This a MUST buy. It is a great source of joy to know that we will get to hear more and more of her in the coming years.

I have had opportunity to listen to Kaushikiji in live concert in Mumbai. It was a joy listening to her gayaki. Voice, presentation, singing, saragam, taan everything is amazing.
