Nice patterns... for petite women...,

I bought this book and I really liked a lot of the patterns. The photographs are gorgeous. But... once I started to study the patterns, I realized that most of the patterns for women's sweaters range from 36 to 40 inch bust. There are a couple of sweaters that accommodate a bigger range, but most of them are for 36, 38, or 40 inches. I'm a little bit disappointed. I'm tall, and I have a 40 or 41 inch bust. I would have really liked wearing some of these sweaters... if I could knit one without having to calculate adjustments on my own. I think the author and editors should have considered that the average dress size for American women is 14.
