I stopped taking my monthly B-12 shot in December and starting taking the B-12 spray. My blood test last week showed my B-12 had gone from 500 to 738. I have no idea what those numbers mean except that my doctor said 738 was a good number and that I should continue with the daily B-12 spray.

I place one spray under my tongue every morning before doing anything else. I just allow it sit there until my saliva requires me to swallow. Then I'm done for the day. I will continue taking this product vrs the monthly shot.

I've been using this in conjunction with sublinguals and multivitamins in order to maintain my b12 levels. I haven't had a post-test at the doctors so I cannot say for sure that this works to raise low serum levels, however I get a certain rush after consuming this spray and I'm glad I purchased it. I'm also glad that it is labeled "vegan" because I try to find cruelty-free products to complement my progressive lifestyle. Will order again!
