Only could get 1 channel. I live in Los Angeles, major city. I barely get one channel. Don't waste your money. It is cheaper to throw it in the trash then send it back for a refund. This is absolutely the worst HDTV antenna to buy. You have to plug it to an A/C adapter to amplify your antenna power, it barely even works when its amplified.

Ok so I bought this item to replace a RCA high gain antenna that I had accidentally broken. Here is my quick breakdown on this antenna.

The positive.
Antenna is small formf actor and for the most part can be placed almost anywhere.

The rest
As I live in an apartment that is the back of the building not facing most antenna broadcast stations, I only pick 1/3 of what I did with the RCA high gain antenna. The RCA antenna that I owned had a knob which allowed you increase or decrease the amount boost in signal being received. It had rabbit ears plus a round antenna in the center that could be adjusted to be pointed directly towards the broadcast antennas. This unit does not, you get the channels that you get and thats it.

Unless you live in a place with at least windows that face the antenna broadcast stations, dont buy this antenna its not worth it.

Bought this a week ago and it's the biggest waste of money. Tried it on my 10 year old analog set with a converter box, listed 9 stations I could get, yet none came in. Also tried it on my new HDTV with digital tuner not one staion picked up.Trying to see if I can return this.

I used this antenna to replace a pair of rabbit ears.
The result was about the same either way.

this antenna picked up channels, but not as many as a smaller, unpowered one that came with my PC Tuner card. its performance was a bit spotty, so i picked this up at a low price hoping it would be better, especially because it plugged in. this wasn't the case. i couldn't get all 3 local channels (NBC, CBS, ABC) and also got other fewer channels than i did with my antenna i have. however, this is all dependent on your physical location i'm sure. if you're closer to the TV towers that you want to watch, this may be the perfect fit for you. it just wasn't for me.

Waste of Money. Antenna on TV picks up more channels than this one does.

Purchased this unit and right out of box this never worked. Have tried on 2 different tv's in two different states. Followed all applicable guidelines. Cannot even register unit online. Called tech support and no help. Called Belkin HQ and found out unit has been discontinued and no replacements are available. Belkin will give $35 credit for any product online, but they no longer have any HDTV antennas. Buyer beware.

This antenna is tempting cause it's cheap and looks nice. It works terribly. I tried it on multiple TV's in various places. Functions worse than a tiny old dipole antenna I have. I at least thought it would work well because you plug it into a wall outlet. Avoid it unless you find it at a dollar store and you live right next to the towers you want TV from.
