This rich mix of saucy latin salsa and the contemporary fine tuned voices of the Son By Four is the hottest thing in the market and it will propel your hips to swivel like nothing has in quite a while! The sensual lyrics in this music are deep and well sung by this quartet of sexy salsa music. Regardless of your background, you'll appreciate the latino-carribean beats which bring out the heat in anyone...

I got a CD-R that has some mid-slow music including "Purest of Pain" from a friend of mine when I left the Philippines after 2 years of stay there. I loved this song and listened to it over and over when I missed that tropical country and the people there that I loved so much, but the problem was that I had no idea what the title of this song was. 2 months ago when I found it out by chance, I bought the CD immediately, and all the songs there were great!! Good for a party, relaxing evening, dull afternoon, and Purest of Pain is also good for slow Rumba(latin ballroom dancing).

I first heard them sing on the radio. I was astounded by the sadness of Purest of Pain! The way all of them somehow come together and make perfect harmony is almost magical. The sadness that could be sensed in the vocalist voice is so touching as if he felt the pain. Now that i bought the album i find myself listening to all thier music over and over again. All thier beautiful musics they have sang really warms my heart. \(^ 0 ^)/

Buy This Or You Might Regret not knowing how wonderful and talented Son By Four can be. Son By Four Thank You for 'Purest of Pain'!!!

I loved Son by four, so I had to get this cd. Most of teh songs are just copies fo their hits in Spanish... I loved the songs in Spanish, but like everyone knows when you translate a song, it looses much of what it had!! The songs in English taht are new, are somewhat nice. This group has the voice. They put forth everygthing in every song,, but the Two to tango makes me think.. the lyrics are a bit cheesy. Miss me so bad is beautiful and their rendition of "You are so beautiful" is nice also. I have both of their cds in Spanish, and I would say this one is like an attempt to mix r&B and latino music. It is a beautiful cd, but the songs in Spanish are much better. I'd recommend you buy the cd in Spanish even though you didn't understand it!! It is weird to hear the mixes of the new Spanish songs in English, at least they tried to change them a little bit. But is weird how they add some words in Spanish into the songs.. oh well!:)

Here's a CD that I never tire of listening to. Their style is great and they have harmony down pat. This is a CD that you can put on at a party and everyone will enjoy it. They deserve more recognition that what they get (not everyone loves N'Sync and Backstreet Boys). It's a keeper!

This album is one of the best cd's I have ever heard. There is good variety in the songs, from songs that make you want to dance (Sofia), to some really good ballads, (The Purest of Pain). I highly recommend this cd. Another great cd is their self titled cd, Son By Four.

Compared to their other albums, this really sucks; the only one who will like this is someone who is actually living in latin-america and doesn't speak english that well. He or she will probably think the album is gold.
