Jeff "SKI" Kinsey has consulted with small business as well as large clients like Lexis-Nexis since his first "computer gig" in 1981. He taught Computer Science for a variety of educational organizations including Kent State University at TusCampus.

SKI completed his "Jonah" or Logical Thinking Process training with H. William Dettmer in November of 2002. He has keynoted and spoke at a variety of business functions on the power of applying common sense.

Co-author, Thayer Bennett, is a freelance writer who specializes in business and industrial projects.

A former Director of Manufacturing for a custom American motorcycle OEM, Information Technology (IT) guru and Open Source developer, SKI has implemented Constraints Management solutions such as Critical Chain Project Management and Simplified Drum-Buffer-Rope. Jeff's book is an easy to read guide to help small business owners focus their efforts. If you often take actions that result in less than you expected, then you should read this book. The Purple Curve Effect distills the TOC concepts that are most applicable to the day to day running of a small business.
