You definitely get what you pay for with this product. I have yet to drop my phone with this cover on, and it has already badly chipped and peeled on the front (after a little less than 2 months of use). It is also a pain to get the cover on and off, so hope that you will NEVER experience a phone glitch and have to remove your battery. Spend a bit more money and buy a nicer product.

This case came on time I was very excited until with in 48 hours it started to peel and chip sooo disappointed.....

This case is cheap and it shows, while it would probably protect the phone from a drop, the case may break. It does look nice but it is hard to fit on the phone, one corner just wouldn't snap together, took all of my strength and it looks like its going to be a PITA to remove. Not bad for the money but if you have extra cash, get a better case. Unless you are just buying it for looks.

I bought this one for my sister and a similar one with skulls and tattoos on it from the same company. You get what you pay for. Both of these were quite cheap, but I've had cheap cases before that were better. Out of the package, it was hard to seperate the two pieces, including taking it off the phone again for whatever reason. Rubbing will make the paint fade or come off. There is a very THIN coating protecting the shell which started coming off like someone peeling after too much sun. I pulled it all off because it was coming off in big pieces.
The sides are the most worn, mainly because I have it in my back pocket. The back still looks good, very little wear on it.
The design/graphics look good if you're into that sort of look. I've dropped it a couple of times (by accident) and it hasn't come off. The holes are perfect leaving access to the charging port, volume, etc. I have a rubber case that has small covers for the charging port so it does not get anything it it. I prefer these over hard cases, but each person has his/her own preference.
If you're going for an awesome look, then 3 stars for that. Minus 2 stars for the durability and difficulty of removing the case.

The case holder was nice although if someone was trying to take it off they shouldn't pull too hard or it may break.

I have only had this case for a day but it fit my phone well and is pretty. It is more pink then it is purple though. I also notice a few small cracks in a couple places but they do not seem to make a big difference on how it fits or snaps together. I think it was worth the buy.

I love my protector case! It was very easy to put on my cell phone. I dropped it once and it protected my phone and the case wasn't even damaged. Not to mention it is so cute!

I purchased this cover for my daughter, actually purchased four covers in total for myself and my daughters- all different styles. We all have the Optimus S phone. This cover lasted for about 2 weeks then the corners started to chip. No big deal since I figure teenage girls are a little rougher on their phones. However this cover also keep the phone warm and heated at times.

This cover also caused my daughters phone to turn off automatically. We realized this after my phone started to act strange with a new cover. I mentioned it to my daughter and she indicated her phone acted the same way, so I recommend she stop using it and see if the phone persisted with getting overly warm and heated. Since removing this cover from her phone, the problem stopped, she has since return to using her originl rubber green cover.

Cover is cute but for long term use, it would not be my recommendation. Also for the cost of the item and shipping I am not going to complain too much.

If you are looking for a case for an Optimus V or S, you must know that this is an exceptional case. It has a nice rubber-like grip--yet, it is thin and pretty. It fits perfect and it makes your phone look really nice. The hibiscus flowers with the heart make this case look soft and romantic. In addition, the case looks expensive and it is well made. So, if you are a romantic, pink, or beach girl...this case is for you.

This item is not purple as it is listed but instead pink. I was very unhappy. The color also scratches off the cover fairly easily
