By TKO The 100 lb black vinyl heavy boxing bag was designed with safety and utility in mind. The 18 oz PVC coated vinyl outer shell is hydraulically filled with a special blend of fiber for even weight distribution. The heavy gauge welded "D" rings and powder-coated steel chain & swivel allow for safe double-end tie down. Boxing- and martial art bags are used for training purposes. There are several different types of bags, such as: Speed bag: used to improve hand-eye coordination, learn how to shift weight (foot-work) and keep hands up at all times Double-end bags: used to practice 'homing in' on moving targets and improve mobility Maize bags: used to practice head movement to avoid opponents punches Heavy bags (vertical suspension): used to practice body punches (increases strength due to power punching) & kicking techniques Heavy bags (horizontal suspension): used to practice uppercuts Whether you are an out-fighter, in-fighter, brawler or puncher, we offer quality gear to accomodate your training needs.
