Bought this for a bible study with friends. nice and easy chapters to read and reflect. Also sent this book to a friend who found god in jail.

Other than the Bible, this is the most important book you will ever read.
If your heart is beating, whether you are a believer or not, the questions
and issues raised in this important work will strike a cord or at the minimum induce serious introspection about the big questions in life.
Pastor Rick has a way of addressing complex and large issues in a strikingly clear and simple manner. I am reading it for the 10th time or so and continue to derive benefits. Despite what you have heard this is not the typical success manual or preachy. If I had only read this as a young boy, my life would have been different. This is like discovering a gold mine. It will explain and make sense of so much in life. Its a must read.

There is so much valuable information in this book you need to read it slowly and carefully. Take notes and mark up the pages. Keep it forever, but recommend it to your friends.

After I received this book, I bought one for my sister and one for my brother. I think every beleiver should read this book. Rick Warren helps you to see things in a different light.

The Purpose Driven Life book contains scriptures of wisdom and gives the
reader understanding into the purpose of their life and how to live a
victorious life. It shows how to be used by God's plan to receive his
blessings.

A friend gave me this book when I was going through a difficult time in my life and it was more than a great gift. I felt the book was very eye-opening without being overly religious. You can be a Christian and follow what the book is saying and get a very deep meaning out of it if you allow yourself to. I read it at the right time and was very open to what it had to say and therefore feel that it changed me. I still think back to that time being one of the catalysts for where I am at today and the book is a large part of that. I think we all struggle at some point of wanting to know why we are here so it's a common dilemna when nothing seems to be going right in your life to want to ask GOD. This book seems to be full of the questions you would ask and gives the answers that come from the Bible. It did get me through a rough time and very much has become the basis of my core today. I feel that I have found my purpose in life and no longer struggle with that inner pain of "what am I doing here?"

This book has been a tool for changing lives of people who have been incarcerated and in recovery programs. There is food for everyone in this book.

PDL provides a means to stay focused on life's purpose especially when life gets muddled with career, work, family, relationships, etc. It brings you back to the core and provides clarity.

This is a great book to help you realize who you are and what your purpose in life is. There is a master plan.
