In Pursuit of My Success for Teens" is a remarkably useful book for young adults. It is full of invaluable resources and tools that position teens to become responsible, useful citizens. Not only does the book show teens how to develop career and financial plans, but it also helps them understand what to expect as they enter the "real world." Everything from taxes, social security and loans to networking and resume drafting are tackled in this book. The author does a beautiful job making these difficult issues easy to understand for teens. She also provides fantastic worksheets and tools so that teens can develop their own career and financial plans. If your teen reads this book and takes the advice within, it will set him/her up for a prosperous and happy future

This book is a great tool for teens to gain the knowledge required for
a successful transition to adulthood. It has never been more important
for young people to understand the financial and career workings of
the complex world they are about to enter, and to appreciate the
implications of their own acts and decisions, even at their age. Most
of us had to learn the hard way, and it is easy to see how the
knowledge contained in this book would have significantly improved our
starting position as adults.
The learnings provided in the book are in themselves gifts. If I could do things over, I would start with "In Pursuit of My Success".
