5.0 out of 5 stars Pushing Weight you can relate
He's got lyrics to wake up spirits... This is a tight song, and the beats just blow you away. Ice Cube should keep bangin'.

2.0 out of 5 stars Why is there only one F@&!$n' song?
I am trying to find a specific CD, and I can't do that when I am told that there is only one song on the CD. If, however, there really is only one song, then I apologize. If not, I would like to be informed of the other songs, or why there is only one. There is also another one with untitled songs also by Ice T. THANK YOU

5.0 out of 5 stars FIRST SINGLE FROM WAR & PEACE VOL.1, April 10, 2004
This review is from: Pushin Weight (Audio CD)
Like the title says, it was the first single off of that album. And it was the right choice for it, the song is a classic. The song is crafted perfectly together. The lyrics from Cube and Mr. Shop Khop are amazing. This song was aimed at all the critics that were writing him off and saying he droped music for films. I guess he shut them up. The beat by N.O.Joe is great, it is the perfect beat for this song. Same can be said For them bounus track GHETTO VET. Allthough this beat was by Bud'da it is still the perfect beat for that type of song. Cube tells a wonderfull story on this one, you should listen for yourself.

5.0 out of 5 stars Oh Hell Yeah!!!, November 25, 1998
By A Customer
This review is from: Pushin Weight (Audio CD)
This is the best damn Ice Cube single I've ever heard. It's the best single out right now. Ice Cube has made it very clear that he is BACK with this single, and Mr. Short Khop (I think that's his name) at the end shows great promise. Buy the album or buy the single, just get this song!!!

Pushing weight is what Iv'e been waiting for from Cube, straight beat but mixes it up with the lyrics, one of the premiere voices in hardcore rap.
