I was really impressed with this video of Historic Put-in-Bay, Ohio! The producers really captured the history of The War of 1812, The Battle of Lake Erie, as well as all of the things you can do on the present-day island resort. If you have never been to this Lake Erie Island, you will want to go, after seeing this tape. Lots of action, great music and narration. Sailors, boaters and fishermen will love it too! Great Gift idea. The ILYA Regatta and Mills Race have a long yacht racing history with South Bass Island.

This award winning video is really well produced. Everyone that I know who has seen it agrees. Whether you have been to this Lake Erie Island or are planning to visit, you will not be disappointed. It is very informative, entertaining and well-paced. A story about how Oliver Hazard Perry defeated the British Navy in the Battle of Lake Erie (War of 1812) is very interesting. I would recommend this video to all who love to travel, enjoys boating or sailing, fresh water and ice fishing in The Walleye Capitol of the World", and appreciates history too. This video is great for all ages.
