This review is from: Putting Children First: A Guide for Parents Breaking Up (Paperback)
This is an excellent book, written by two woman who have actual experience. It deals with the child's view of divorce/separation and the effects of each level of stress and conflict. It deals with each parents' view and the level of stress and resulting behaviour. Then they give information and advice on mediation, the court system (Canadian), and how to reduce conflict. Just when you thought it couldn't be more informative they supply a list of contacts and phone numbers for families facing divorce. CONGRATULATIONS Fabulous, families even broken families need to find a way to stay connected, and these two ladies may have some of the answers.
