This review is from: PUZZLE IN PURPLE (Paperback)
The 3rd book of the Connie Blair series. One of my favorites thus far, and not because my favorite color is purple. This story combines Connie's love for art and advertising and we get to follow her on her journey to art school, go to a beautiful fancy dress ball and spend more time with her twin sister, Kit. Of course, there are plenty of new possible beaus thrown in the mix and did I mention a mystery. Yep, on her first day of art school Connie stumbles into a mystery of purple. First the treasured cloak turns up missing, the beautiful fairy tale panels are criss crossed with purple Xs, and her new friend is being framed for an even more terrible crime. Connie claims there is evil in the art school and she is right. But . . . will anyone believe her?
