Better than the original!
The original Puzzle Quest was absolutely fantastic, and Galactrix is much, much better. The system adds more of a "twist" to the original theme, and upgrades the play style. You're still solving puzzles, but there's more to solve, and there's a variety to do here, instead of just the limited type of puzzles available in the first one. Is it more...

The original Puzzle Quest was absolutely fantastic, and Galactrix is much, much better.
The system adds more of a "twist" to the original theme, and upgrades the play style. You're still solving puzzles, but there's more to solve, and there's a variety to do here, instead of just the limited type of puzzles available in the first one. Is it more complicated than the original? Absolutely. Then again, that's what an upgrade does, it adds to the original and makes it more complicated. The game is NOT perfect, it does have it's flaws, but it IS better than the original by far. |
