There are many "miracle cures" that are hyped to the public without giving any proof of how it should work, proof that it actually does work for real people, or guarantees if it doesn't work for you. Not so with Pycnogenol.

This book introduces the reader to the neglected world of nutrition and how it affects the body. It describes how our modern day diets negatively impact on our health, and how correcting our diets can reverse the negative effects.

There is no hype in this book. It is not the easiest reading because it has to refer to the language of nutrition, micro-biological functions and processes. However, for anyone motivated enough to learn how to avoid or reverse serious health challenges, the reading will prove extremely enlightening. "Knowledge is power!" certainly applies here.

In a few of it's chapters, the book describes commonly known diseases that afflict millions of people, and how Pycnogenol works to correct the bio-chemical conditions that induce the symptoms of the disease.

This book is small but powerful in providing the information that everyone should have to protect themselves against unnecessary health challenges, and avoid serious problems that impact their quality of life. It also offers hope to those struggling with non-germ diseases that there is a non-drug, no side effects way out.

the book is written by two briliant researchers that knows their subject for a long time. they both explains the structure of this over 40 flavonoids compound (pycnogenol),and how he work not just as the strongest antoxidant, but also how it works in the body in order to help fight heart-disease,arthritis,hypertension,stroke,hemorrhage(leakage of blood from small blood vessels),allergy, and a lot more.the mechanisms of this superb bioflavonoid are explained to everyone who wants to know about the benefits of pycnogenol.how pycnogenol improve the action of vitamin c is also explained,and as a orthomolecular-nutritionist that treat people from those diseases mentioned earlier, i can tell you that you can really relly on that very recommanded book that is still very valid today in the year of 2000.
