Pyle PLD38MU 3.8-Inch In-Dash DVD Monitor
got it for my bro for xmas. works well. plays burned dvd's, sd card & usb slots work for music. not sure about mp3/mp4 title navigation yet. I was skeptical about buying an off brand headunit but have been pleased. am/fm reception is excellent. oversized DIN face is a bit akward. You get what you pay for.
Video is good but.... The sound is not the best. The screen for the radio is very generic. Cannot read the song list when using a USB drive or a SD card. Stereo resets itself about once a month. Cannot get the time off of 24hrs. Would not recomend if you are looking for a system like this. spend a little more money and get a better quality.

This unit played everything well except the radio. The radio was simply
bad, FM reception weak and no AM reception at all. I tried with 3 separate antenas, called Pyle for advise, they recommended to use an "antena amplifier" which I believe is ridiculous also they said if I send the unit to them with $15 for shipping back they will evaluate if the unit is defective and repair it. I was sorry but I returned to Amazon. I like the unit and all its features and would buy it again if Pyle assures me that the radio will operate as well as the factory unit in my van. I think that Pyle should provide better customer support.
