Purchased this in good faith. Amazon shipping time was great. Product quality is poor. When received, setup per instruction manaul. Inserted headphones and no sound from headphones. Internal speakers still worked. Contacted Pyramat support. After several e-mails, Pyramat support indicated the unit should be replaced and I should return it to Amazon. [...]
