These are bargain cables that OK to use to get a bike on the road but not made of high-quality stainless steel. If the cable is exposed to a lot of moisture and not taken care of eventually they will rust.

Pros:

*Very low cost although the shipping kills you if you don't buy 10 or more of them or combine with other items from the same seller.
*They are double-ended with both types of ends molded on each side. Since they are 105" long you have a very good chance of being able to get TWO cables out of each one of these. One for a drop-bar type brake lever and one for an upright/mountainbike type lever. If you are using one for a front brake there is plenty left over for another front brake and probably for even another back brake if the routing works out right. Often I can get two back brakes out of one of these. That trick makes them half the price if you use each one twice. Roll the other end back up and put it back in the ziplock baggie they come in and keep it for later.

Cons:

*I don't think they are stainless steel or they'd be bragging about it. So these will eventually rust. Good enough if you fix up bikes to sell or flip. Probably not nice enough to keep up with Lance if that is your thing.
*Shipping is outrageous if you buy just one or two. If that is all you need then just go to your local bike shop (LBS) and buy them there as it will be cheaper. But if you can combine shipping you can make these worth it.
