I placed the order on this product for my father. On arrival the product was defective and he had to contact the company to have it replaced. After jumping through multiple hoops and phone numbers he was finally able to talk to someone and to say that the person had little interest in supporting the product would be an overstatement. In the end, the only thing they would do was "repair" it at my fathers expense.

He also had trouble understanding the person due to very poor english skills.

I'm looking for a power supply and this "might" have been the solution but due to this other customers poor experience I'm not interested. With enough lost sales maybe these companies will pay a little more attention to customer service.
