I've bought several of these Pyramid PSU units and never had a problem with any of them. They use linear (i.e., big transformer) type circuits and are well regulated as to voltage. No cheap and noisy "switch-mode" type PSUs here, thank goodness.
Just be sure to buy a unit with enough amperage for your intended use. You can never have too many amps, so bigger is always better. If your devices don't need all the amps, then the PSU unit will just run cooler than normal, which is always a good thing! |
