I love this Pyrex set--though it's not a huge set, with just the 3 pieces, but they work so well together and are so incredibly handy that it's more helpful than many "sets." The key is how well the lid attaches to the pans, keeping everything inside warm and making transport especially simple. It may be hard to believe, but I made a giant dish of macaroni and cheese in the square pan to take to a dinner party, and it must have weighed 5 pounds, but when I snapped that lid on, it was super easy to carry, and the handle never got hot. Really fantastic. The pans are nice too, sturdy and tough, with some of the best non-stick I've ever worked with--I used the muffin pan to make mini broccoli frittatas to take to a brunch and they slid right out (and, again, the lid kept them warm during transport). If you ever take food places (to parties, to work, to your family) then I strongly suggest this set, as well as if you're just looking for a few good baking pans.

I bought 2 sets of these pans for my daughter who loves to bake cupcakes and take them places. This has been a great product so far, the pans are very sturdy and the edges are wide enough to use a potholder easily without touching the cupcakes. The lid is made of a nice heavy plastic that is high enough to clear the icing. The lid handles are well made and lay flat on the top when not being carried and then they slide (pull) up for carrying, which also makes them easy to clean.

When I purchased this product the 3 piece set was only a dollar more than the 2 piece set that just had the cupake pan and lid, which I thought made this 3 piece set a great deal. We have not used the oblong pan yet but it is the same quality as the cupcake pan and the lid fits both pans securely. I would recommend this product and plan on buying a set for myself now that we have tried them out. Sturdy, fits together for storing, bakes great cupcakes that comes out of the pan easily and cleaned up with little effort, what more could you ask for?!

The cap fits the pan well. I spread butter on the pan before using it, so it's very easy to clean.
