These cookie sheets are indispensable to me. They are coated in a medium-dark gray which is perfect for browning and the heavier weight helps in distributing heat evenly and making them more durable.

The design is excellent. They have deep rims on all sides which makes it easy to get them in and out of the oven. They also have the innovative Pyrex markings for cookie placement ... perfect for those newbies or young cooks who aren't too sure how far apart to place dough.

With proper care, I have no doubt these sheets will last for many years. I have most of the pieces in the Pyrex Professional line and have no reservation about recommending them.

Seem to be nice quality, but be careful with the size, because, I own 24" non-standard stove, so, I specifically measured my oven inside to ensure the cookie sheeet will fit. Well, unfortunately, because of the wide rims, it turned out to be longer than 19", even though, the specified length was 18". But, like I said, the quality seemed to be very nice, not the light-weight one that always looses its coating with the first batch of baked cookies, so I am looking for the same/brand/title in smaller size.

Swiss rolls are easier to store than cakes because the buttercream is on the inside.
