These bowls are very useful products. They are great for the microwave, oven and freezer and are attractive enough for serving as well. With the tab at the top of the plastic lid, you can even vent the covered bowls when microwaving, and as long as there's enough air at the top, no plastic will touch the food. Since the bowls themselves are made of pyrex glass, you don't have to worry about any harmful plastic chemicals leaching into your food. Highly recommended.

This is a great dish for leftovers. The glass is thick and sturdy. The steam vent works great. The $10 price, however, is very expensive. You can get a set of 4 Pyrex deluxe dishes for just a little more!

Like this dish a lot -- have two of them -- which is just right! I am very very satisfied.

I love these Pyrex bowls so much that I have purchased them in five different sizes. I have never used my microwave to cook much in the past. Just really reaheat in it. Since I discovered these Pyrex bowls I cook all of our fresh vegetables in the microwave. I found that the vented lid works somewhat like a combination pressure cooker and steamer. Fresh vegetables cook a lot quicker because of the vented lid and the fact that it requires very little water to steam these vegetables means that I am not boiling away all the nutrients. I told my neighbor about them and he had me order four for him. He loves them as much as I do.
Because they come in so many sizes, you'll always find one to meet your needs. I used to use my pressure cooker before I found these bowls. Now my microwave does the job.

We have 5 of these great microwave bowls. You can leave the tab open or take it off when cleaning. The size of the bowl is big enough for a good size meal. The glass container is easy to wash and you have no stains like you get when using plastic.

This dish is great for leftovers. Perfect size for a meal and can go in the microwave.
