My son is 12 and is very picky about what he wears. Of course, with schools, you also have to be careful to make sure shirts are "appropriate" (you could argue that this is pushing the envelope a bit but that's another issue).

The quality of the shirt was great -- a nice weight sturdy cotton. The printing is great so that it makes a great conversation item for the kids at school. There was minimal to no shrinkage and it fits true to size.

However, a word of warning -- be prepared for whining from your spouse because he didn't get one! (Of course, if I had bought one for my husband, my son wouldn't have thought it was so cool!)

Based on the quality and the price, I also bought 2 other Holy Grail t-shirts... however, this is definitely the best of the bunch.

If you are not a Monty Python fan, you won't understand this shirt. But if you aren't a Pythonite, you would not want it, anyway. All hail the Holy Hand Grenade!

I always have trouble selecting gifts for my oldest son. He's one of those people who buys any gadgets he wants as soon as they hit the shelves (and usually before I've even heard of them!), so I have to be really creative in order to give him a good gift. I found and purchased him 2 t-shirts, No, I will not fix your computer - he works in the computer industry and spends all day working on computers - and the Holy Hand Grenade Instructions t-shirt. Both shirts were a big hit, especially the Holy Hand Grenade. My son told me he'd been trying to remember the instructions in a conversation a week before I gave him the shirt, and he was delighted with it. My only regret is that I didn't get one for myself!
