These series of books are great for someone new to the field of German Armour. They are well layed out with history of the vehicle and right through from Ausf A to J with many photos of each Ausf, some I haven't seen before. This was Germany's workhorse and the only tank to see action from day 1 of the war to the end.

Culver has a rare gift for laying out the different models of a given tank. Like his other works in the field this is a great guide to the historian and modeler alike.
