Un-Real Picture In This Small Monitor,

This review is from: Q-See QSM0S 8-Inch Color LCD Monitor with Speakers (Electronics)
This is a un-real Monitor for its size. I have it hooked to a 4 chan quad processor and the picture is great. And the little remote has many functions as well. However that packageing is off a little. It has two A/V in's. However for security camera use, if you want to use more than one camera at a time, You Will Need A Quad Video Processor to run the cameras. However to watch Sat/Cable, or DVDs the monitor needs nothing ells to operate. All in all its a great purchase.

The camera has been a no brainer up to this point - hook it up and check on the property. I am very disaapointed that the camera crapped out and is no longer good. Just so you all know - it won't last long. It lasted a little over one and a half years. Am I being unreasonable after spending the money? I dont think so. It should have lasted, crappy for the money.

It is a good product but instructions were very poor, esp. for a wall mount. I even called QSee tech support before purchase to ensure it can be wall mounted and I can remove the desk stand, it turned out that they too scrambled to find that information for me. Out of the box it is meant for installing on the desk, however, I struggled for a long time to figure how to install it on the wall. I found a small threaded hole at the bottom of the unit, luckily found a right size screw to get in there and secure it with a L shaped bracket (I had to cut the bottom leg to the right size so it wasn't protruding out) and neon washer. Althought the installation is very secure now but I just hope it stays in place. I wish they had provided wall mounting hardware because I wasted lot of time and made numerous trips to Lowes/HD.
