This is the original brand so they work like a good q-tip should. Use them for makeup smudges, cleaning kids' ears (or your own), applying pain reliever to a tooth ache or up your nose, cleaning audio and video recording equipment heads and any number of other jobs where you've ever wished you had a tiny little mop, rag or sponge on a stick. one time we bought the fake kind and the stick park easily bends. so annoying. these are the original and so good. q-tips are the kind of thing you want to buy and never think about. these do the job. enuf said... never buy the fake ones...
