Ancient world comes to life,

This book is wonderful,you can almost smell the markets, hear their languages being spoken. One gets to view historical characters as they might have lived. From Cleopatra to Apollodorus to Caeser himself, these characters are people you want to know more about. Talbot Mundy doesn't let you down, he brings a chariot race to life which is unequaled, to this fans delight!
