I ordered Quicken Premier and received a copy of Roxio Creator Pro. I notified the seller who immeidately sent Quicken Premeir which was subsequently received in the US mail in a smashed shipping case and it contained a Quicken Premier disk that was broken in half. Amazon refunded my money but this took a long time to resolve.
