Very concise and detailed instruction for a Qigong master and living legend! This massage video instructs deep tissue techniques for the entire body, which is the root of Tui Na, Reiki and Shiatsu. It also extensively teaches how to massage and stimulate the Qi Energy circulatory system for the entire body. Great introduction to the acupuncture cavities, acupressure points and channels. Over two hours of techniques!
