This book is unusual, as it is written by a Japanese woman who apparently went to China to study Qi gong after suffering a bout with cancer. There is a compelling recovery story here of how she turned her life around by applying Qi Gong in all aspects, that of right thinking, right eating, and practice of movement as presented with the field of Qi gong.
I found this book both extremely thought provoking, sensible, sincere, and applicable to every life in a way that so many overly exotic and esoteric texts often do not.
It is packed with common sense, and traditional wisdom.
Cconcise, pratical and simple directions are presented to restore health.
I have brought lots of qigong books, some expensive ones, totally useless .
This book explains what is the reverse breathing and why it works. The exercise is simple and it works.
It is a very usefull book.
