1.0 out of 5 stars Only mathematics, September 4, 2000

This review is from: Number Theory in the Quadratic Field With Golden Section Unit (Examples of mathematical structures) (Hardcover)
I'm writing this review only to help those who are interested in Golden Section but not in pure mathematics, so that they wouldn't order this book as I did. I'm an artist and interested in Golden Section but as a visual and philosophic phenomenon. I expected a book like 'The Power of Limits' or 'Sacred Geometry'. I have to admit that I have not read the book I'm writing about since it's too complicated for me (maybe a mathematician would rate this book with 5 stars). If you are interested in Algebraic Congruences, Primitive Roots, Applications to Rational Integer Theory, List of Primes, List of Primitive Roots......you should definitely buy this book.
