Journalist and author John K. Waters has been covering the information technology beat from Silicon Valley and the San Francisco Bay Area for a range of print and online media for more than 20 years.


As Editor-at-Large for Application Development Trends he writes the WatersWorks blog and contributes news and feature stories about enterprise software development, management, and security. This guide was just a perfect tool to beat Quake II for me. It reminds me so much of the Doom II Guide by Prima ; a lot of helpful strategy with a sense of Marine humor. I probably wouldn't have beaten the game without it. The add-on disk was awesome!
