Just perfect,

These paper baking moulds are just perfect. I had never made Panettone before because I did not have a suitable pan, so searched the internet and found these. Well I have made my first Panettone, they rose up over the top of the mould just like in the photo. I was so proud of myself. I was not sure if the dough would rise because it is Winter here in Australia, I warmed the glass bowl with hot water, then dried it thoughly inside, also added a small amount of warm water in the sink, the dough looked perfect and doubled in size. Could not have made such perfect Panettone without these moulds.

I looked forward to the holidays every year just so I could buy the Panetonne in the grocery stores. Then I found the Panetonne baking moulds on Amazon and now I can have it any time I feel like baking, without all those preservatives. Easy to use and looks professional. I like the 6 3/4" size but also use the smaller sizes when giving as gifts.
