At first I was rather surprised that this was a small recipe card size book but I discovered an amazing number of different dumpling recipes, The book is divided between dessert and fruit dumplings, main dish dumplings and other specialty dumplings.
If you are a fan of dumplings, or are looking for recipes from your childhood, like me, you can't go wrong with this book. |
