This is a generally good book on quality idea games. While older (so it's not aligned with 6 Sigma principles) the games are well defined. playable, and timed. The author appeared to have correctly timed the games and results. The book and exercises should feel more playfully aligned and illustrations are woefully dull. Games should look fun and inviting especially the handouts. A new edition would probably work well with new illustrations. Some of the games are not presented in an interesting way, but most are OK.

Been looking for material I can give our managers for quick re-inforcement training of the Quality principles with their staff and this book is excellent. Lots of exercises on process improvement, customer satisfaction, teamwork etc.
