Very pleased.
This help me out for the CQIA exam, it was the only book I used and it was perfect. I finished the test in 1 hour and a half when it was supposed to be for 3 hours with the help of this book.

Not recommended
This book was below my expectation as an introductory book to quality. It is not well built, and it's content is not rich nor deep. its price is considerably high compared to its value.
