Highly recommended -- excellent training resource
Excellent text book and reference material for anyone in manufacturing. Straight forward, useful implementation roadmap.

Quality Management: Introduction to Total Quality Management for Production, Processing, and Services (4th Edition)
It's a good book, have the topics that I need to my class, but the author talk a lot of history in the chapters PD. I don't like the history too much.
