We would often struggle with the paperwork on part time employees. We are in a resort community and have up to 40 or so a year. The manager was always looking for a phone number and accounting was always trying to find their tax stuff. We started using these folders about 3 months ago and they have been terrific. The manager keeps them in the safe and drops in small notes on positive or negative comments for the employee. All the information is right there for everyone to review as needed. When the employee moves on we simply move the folder into storage where it waits for some other need. If you need a simple place to centrally store employee data, this is a good solution.
